  • When can you book me in?
    • We aim to book jobs in with no longer than a 5 day wait. If you need a specific day, please give us a call and we’ll always try to fit you in.
  • How long until we can use the room?
    • Our Dri-NOW system leaves your carpets dry in under 15 minutes, so unlike a conventional carpet cleaning method, your carpets will be clean AND dry in no time at all.
  • Can you clean dining room chair seats?
    • Yes we can. If it's fabric, we have a system to bring it back to life. Please call us and we'll discuss your options and prices.
  • Will I have to wait in all day?
    • We work to timed appointment and keep you informed by text message when we are on our way. You can even track us on a map to see how far we are away.
  • If I book with a neighbour, do we get a discount?
    • Everybody loves good neighbours, and booking a job together will attract our Neighbourly Discount. Please let us know at the time of booking and we’ll make sure you benefit.
  • Can I Pay with a Credit Card?
    • You can pay on the day with cash, cheque or credit card. If you would like to pay online, we can arrange that too.
  • Do you move the furniture?
    • Yes we do. We'll move sofas, cabinets, beds, tables and chairs. We just ask that you move any breakable items from display cabinets. We'll put it all back too.
  • Do you clean flooring in commercial properties?
    • We often clean carpets in Churches, Children’s Nurseries, Schools, Colleges, Offices, Equestrian Centres, Kennels, Farms, Nursing and Care Homes, Railway Stations, Shops and Industrial Units. We'll move furniture around if we need to and also work out of hours to suit. These jobs always start with a survey so we’ll come out and give you a free quote.
  • Do you work weekends?
    • Our weekends book up quickly, but we are happy to arrange a weekend clean with no extra cost.
